Drop-off Morning Procedures and Afternoon Pick-up:
Drop-off Morning Procedures and Afternoon Pick-up:
Safety of all students at Fossil Hill continues
to be a priority. We encourage all
parents to use our Kiss N’ Ride parent drop-off. Starting at 8:25 a.m. all hallways are
supervised and students are asked to go to the hallway of their classrooms. Parents, if you need to come into the school,
it is important that you sign in at the School Office at all times. We ask for your support in not entering the
building during drop-off and pick-up, unless you have an appointment with a
teacher. If you wish to walk your child, please say your good byes at the
school door entrance.
Kiss N’ Ride Safety Rule Reminders:
1. There is just ONE lane for the Kiss N’ Ride
zone - please DO NOT PASS once you have entered the loop.
2. There is NO PARKING anywhere inside the loop
of Kiss N’ Ride.
3. Please follow the traffic slowly to the
supervising adult before letting your children out in the morning.
4. Please DO NOT get out of your car - please
have all backpacks within reach to help children exit your car quickly and
safely on the right hand side.
5. When
exiting avoid left turns onto Firenza Drive – Warning, upon exiting the loop, there
is no STOP sign for cars on Firenza Drive.
Exiting left is tricky, please avoid left turns.
Thank you for your cooperation as we ensure
Fossil Hill’s Kiss N’ Ride is a safe zone for you, our students and supervising
staff. We always attempt to make it as efficient as possible and ask for your
patience for just a few moments during morning drop-off.
